  3. Provide users with real-time training at national, regional, and local meetings.
  4. Include real-time information prominently on website (including installation instructions, frequently encountered problems, directions to obtain prompt help, carrier real-time implementation lists, links to additional industry information at realtimenow.org.)
  5. Publicize stories about agent successes with Real Time, including testimonials of opinion leading agencies in the user group.
  6. Work with vendor, carriers, other user groups, AUGIE, ACT, ACORD, associations, and the industry to continue to expand the breadth of Real Time, its speed, and its efficiency.
